It's quite strange. Ever since I started writing weekly reports, time seems to pass by faster. When I was young, it always felt like time was dragging on, and each week was a struggle. When did time start to speed up? Probably during college, when people start to take control of their own lives. Time becomes a consumable item that can't withstand meticulous scrutiny.
Personal Life:#
- From constipation to diarrhea, all it takes is alternating between hot and cold. Before my period, I usually experience constipation, which is a form of premenstrual syndrome. The day before yesterday was already my third day without going to the bathroom. Even after drinking a bottle of pomelo juice, it didn't work. Afterward, I drank some tea, which triggered gastroenteritis and turned me into a projectile warrior. It wasn't until the next morning that I was saved by the first bottle of electrolyte water. I have to say, electrolyte water is the light of diarrhea.
- The dumpling shop across the street has become my new favorite this week. Most of my outings this week were because of this dumpling restaurant. I had eaten there once before, but it wasn't as impressive at the time. Originally, I planned to go out to avoid the noise of drilling, and I thought I would just have a meal since it was close by. Unexpectedly, I fell in love with it and ended up eating there for two days in a row. One day, I went there with cash, which isn't really strange, but I brought 29 one-yuan bills.
- It has been very windy this week, with almost daily blue warnings. The only time I went far was also persuaded to come back by the strong wind.
- Deep sleep reached a new high. Usually, my deep sleep lasts for about an hour and a half, and sometimes less than an hour. Last night, it reached 1 hour and 57 minutes, almost 2 hours.
- The Lanzhou beef noodles in that street and alley are pretty good.
- My cat at home always goes to the toilet at the same time I eat, even if I deliberately avoid eating at regular meal times. They adjust their schedule according to my mealtime. I really can't stand it anymore.
Skill Improvement:#
- This week, I mainly focused on my blog and added a library and case collection function to it. I have further mastered Hugo, but the website documentation for Hugo is really not good. Here, I want to thank the little assistant ChatGPT for helping me a lot. It has solutions to problems that I couldn't find on Baidu.
- I discovered a method to improve the quality of ChatGPT's answers: change the way I ask the question. For example, with my library function, I initially told the assistant directly that I wanted to present a page in Hugo. Although it gave me solutions, I couldn't successfully implement them, and one bug followed another. After a day, I had a sudden inspiration and asked in a different way. I implemented the function successfully in one go, and it felt quite fulfilling.
- I uploaded tutorial videos on Bilibili and YouTube, and I may continue to release more tutorial videos in the future. During the tutorial videos, I noticed some issues with my spoken language expression. I have some nasal sounds and many filler words. Sometimes I speak too fast, and my speech may be unclear.
- Lately, I've been watching some advertising case studies. I feel that the advertising industry is very homogeneous now, with homogeneous creativity and forms. Everyone talks about making things more youthful, but many people may not know why they want to make it more youthful. They haven't thought clearly about whether youthfulness is suitable for their own brand or even the advertiser. As a consumer, I dislike certain marketing tactics, so I won't use them when I do advertising.
- I'm reading a book called "How to Become an Imperfectionist," and it's quite good.
Conclusion:#
Many things become more difficult the more we think about them, and the more we think, the less we dare to take action. It's better to just go ahead and do it, regardless of the consequences.
